Seria dokumentów dotyczy "ekologicznych zamówień publicznych", w ramach których nabywcy publiczni uwzględniają aspekty związane z ochroną środowiska przy zakupie produktów, usług i robót, w odniesieniu do szeregu produktów i usług.

Mam problem ze zwrotem "award criteria" - w przypadku zamówień publicznych oznacza to "kryteria udzielenia zamówienia", ale w tym wypadku nie jestem pewien.

(...) Award criteria: Additional criteria will be awarded for: (...)

(...) Leasing clauses: The additional leasing clauses have all been defined as award criteria although they could also be specified as contract performance clauses if the availability and use of such products is frequent in the relevant Member State.

(...) Where the award criterion is formulated in terms of "better performance as compared to the minimum requirements included in the technical specifications", points will be awarded in proportion to the improved performance.

(...) Award criteria: Contracting authorities will have to indicate in the contract notice and tender documents how many additional points will be awarded for each award criterion. Environmental award criteria should, altogether, account for at least 10 to 15 % of the total points available.
