I'm no lawyer, but I tend to avoid "from time to time" as a translation of "di volta in volta" because of the colloquial meaning of the expression. "...in effect at the time" works just fine here I think.

Można też "from time to time" opuścić:
...używane zgodnie z obowiązującymi (każdoczasowo???:)) "X's trademark and corporate identity policy".

I jeszcze dość luźna uwaga - jak widzę w jakiejś umowie to "from time to time", wychodzę na papierosa, a po powrocie udaję, że go nie ma i wszystko gra. [:))]
