The Working Time Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998 restricts the number of hours that a worker can be required to work to a maximum of 48 hours per week on avearge over a reference period of 17 weeks.
I agree that I may work for more than an avearge of 48 hours per week. If I change my mind, I will give my employer two weeks notice in writing to end this agreement. |
