Nie bardzo wiem, do czego odnosi się "its" - być może w domyśle do osoby, która zmarła, ale kto wie. Może we wcześniejszym, albo późniejszym zdaniu jest jakaś wskazówka?
piszą, że ponoszą nieograniczoną odpowiedzialność w przypadku zgonu kogoś, kto nie przestrzegał umowy? :-/
