Explanation:
Nie chodzi tu o żaden rodzaj sądu, a po prostu "sąd". Druga część tekstu (pending the resolution) odnosi się jedynie do warunku, że w oczekiwaniu na postanowienie sądu (rozstrzygnięcie sprawy i to niekoniecznie przez sąd!) należy wnieść należne opłaty.
Tak jak w przykładach poniżej.
