To Consultant czy kto inny?
Skoro świadczy usługi to skąd tu nagle mowa o prawach? Wydaje mi się, Consultant ma pełne prawo umożliwić osobom trzecim (to niewiadome "it") wykonywanie praw i obowiązków przewidzianych niniejszą umową/dokumentem na rzecz Spółki.
Podejrzewam, że miał to być zapis o możliwości korzystania z usług podwykonawców przez Konsultanta/Specjalistę (nie wiem jak go nazywasz w tłumaczeniu). Czy coś może wskazywać na to, że jest to klauzula dotycząca podwykonawców?

Czyli może raczej chodzi o to, że on ma prawo przenieść na Firmę własność i prawa do przedmiotu umowy?
Jedno ze znaczeń "assignment" to "przeniesienie własności".
Nie bardzo rozumiem co by miało oznaczać "zapewnienie umów cesji".

Wydaje mi się, że chodzi o: pełne prawo umożliwiające mu zapewnienie Firmie umów cesji i praw przewidzianych niniejszą Umową. To jest umowa o świadczenie usług.
