Skoro jest to najważniejszy klient, proponuję "klient strategiczny". Moim zdaniem to określenie najlepiej oddaje znaczenie takiego klienta dla danej firmy.

Asker: Stwierdzenie, że sa to "najważniejsi" klienci znalazłam w słowniku internetowym i było to jedyne objasnienie po polsku, które udało się mi znaleźć. Z opisu tego terminu zawartego w samej umowie wynika, że "with whom the Principal deals direct " czyli ci, z którymi Zleceniodawca "postepuje", kontaltuje się, nawiązuje konkaty, sprzedaje itd. bezpośrednio, czyli muszą tez w domyśle być to klienci najważniejsi, bo na takiej podstawie kontaktuje się on z nimi bezpośrednio, czyli traktuje ich w sposób wyjątkowy. Może dla ułatwienia dodam, że to umowa typowo brytyjska. W dalszym ciągu mam wątpliwości, jak ich nazawć...

disagree  Polangmar: A house account might be a long-term customer... jest więc ryzyko nadinterpretacji. Poza tym tłumaczymy termin House Accounts, a nie Strategic/Key Accounts. | I właśnie o takich bezpośrednich nabywców tu chodzi. | Moim zdaniem to jednak inny sens.

  -> "Klient bezpośredni" to taki, który jest bezpośrednim nabywcą towaru/ usługi. Więc w tym wypadku istnieje ryzyko popełnienia błędu. Moja propozycja wynika z sugestii pytającego, gdzie stwierdza, że są to "najważniejsi" klienci firmy.
