Umowa o modernizacji oczyszczalni ścieków w Polsce. Ewwidentnie byłą tłumaczona z polskiego przez _najtiwspikera_ Polaka i z całą pewnością korektę uznano za zbędny wydatek w tym przypadku.

X Environment and environmental protection

X.1 When delivering Goods according to conditions mentioned in the Contract, the Supplier is obliged to the following, with reference to environment protection policy:
observing Polish law regulations, as well as local regulations, rules, regulations, orders, instructions, decrees, permits, requirements included in permits, licenses and other legal requirements referring to environment pollution and protection, especially with reference to water resources management, air pollution, nature protection, protection against noise and vibrations, protection against radiation.

X.2 The Supplier is obliged not to deliver materials which might contain forbidden substances mentioned in Annex Number 3 of the present Contract.

X.3 Any Goods delivered by the Supplier on the basis of the present Contract must comply with UE91/155/EEC Directive (with amendments) as well as Minister of Health Regulation of 2nd September 2003 referring to the list of dangerous substances together with their classification and labeling (***Corpus Act*** 03.199.1948).

ale wydaje mi się, że tłumaczowi co się już całkiem pozajączkowało, albo chciał sprawdzić, czy ktokolwiek czyta to, nad czym tak ciężko pracował.

Podejrzewam, że chodzi o Dziennik Ustaw 199 poz. 1948 z roku 2003.

Czy ktokolwiek spotkał się z takim tłumaczeniem Dz.U.? Jakiekolwiek źródła w literaturze?

aczkolwiek ja bym tłumaczył DzU jako "Journal of Laws".
