Asker: Tłumaczenie skończone (termin "poszedł" w Twojej wersji, ale z przypisem), punkty przeznane przez robota (przepraszam, ze mnie wyręczył) a termin męczy mnie dalej, gdyż wydaje mi się, że "bezterminowość" to jedynie połowa istoty pełnomocnictwa, które jest durable lub enduring (UK); ta druga połowa (kwestie poczytalności itp) jest równie ważna. Jeśli kiedyś trafię na objaśnienie to je dopiszę do tego pytania. Dzięki za pomoc.
