wydaje mi się, że legal brief składa strona, co za tym idzie z założenia jest on subiektywny. Streszczenie sprawy bardziej pasuje do dokumentu przygotowanego przez któregoś z arbitrów, niezależnego eksperta, itd. Ale oczywiscie to tylko streszczenie mojego (subiektywnego) stanowiska :-)
