tak bym to ujęła, bo podejrzewam że chodzi zarówno o prawo federalne jak i przepisy w poszczególnych stanach - bez tworzenia tu zamieszania z case law/precedensami - trudno przecież przypuszczać, aby wspomniany ruch feministyczny żądał od sądów podjęcia wyroków czy decyzji z mocą wsteczną, aby powstały precedensy:) |
