po namyśle dochodzę do wniosku, że jednak nie wycofane, tylko takie, w stosunku do którego wnioskodawca nie dopełnił jakichś wymaganych czynności i wniosek "obumarł".

To częsta procedura w postępowaniach administracyjnych: "sprawie nie nadano biegu wobec niedopełnienia ...".

neutral  AleksanderS: ja bym się skłaniał do "porzuconego", ale prawdę mówiąc każda wersja przemawiająca cokolwiek do wyobraźni jest tutaj dobra, ponieważ w Polsce nie ma równoważnego pojęcia ("wycofanie" zakłada świadome zwrócenie się do Urzędu Patentowego o zwrot papierów).
