English to Polish translations [PRO]
Science - Livestock / Animal Husbandry | | English term or phrase: milk elaboration | "In the elaboration of the milk there were not included proteins of animal origin (...)". Chodzi o proces zwany "milk elaboration", nie mogę znaleźć tego terminu. Zdanie pochodzi ze świadectwa weterynaryjnego o dosyć słabej angielszczyźnie, reszta tekstu nie pomaga.
Znalazłem też coś takiego:

Z definicji wydzielanie jest wytwarzaniem. Gruczoł wydziela określoną substancję, co może być rozumiane zarówno jako wydzielanie wewnątrzustrojowe, jak i wydzielanie pozaustrojowe. Wytwarzanie lepiej - moim zdaniem - oddaje sens rzeczownika elaboration w przytoczonym znaczeniu, ponieważ dotyczy głównie procesu wewnątrzustrojowego. Ponadto wydzielaniu bliższy byłby rzeczownik secretion, którego przecież w zapytaniu nie ma.
Oprócz wytwarzania i wydzielania jest też produkcja mleka. Ten ostatni rzeczownik występuje jednak głównie przy określaniu np. ilości mleka uzyskiwanego od krów wyrażanej w jednostkach objętości. |
