Zdanie:
The alpha values used for OS CIs reflecting comparisons between treatment arms (eg. hazard ratios) will be adjusted according to the alpha spending function to maintain an overall experiment-wise confidence level of 95%.

Ja, mimo usilnych prób, nie doszedłem do tego czym owa funkcja jest. Plącze się tu i ówdzie O'Brien-Fleming czy też Lan-Demets, ale na polskich stronach nie widzę tego w kontekście funkcji dotyczącej przedziałów ufności/poziomów istotności.
