English term or phrase: heat stepper
Static current windows are not ideal for use for processes involving heat steppers. Using static current windows for welds that require heat steppers would have to be widen to the extent that the High Current Limit would be too high for welds at the beginning of the heat stepper and the Low Current Limit would be too low for welds near the end of stepper.
