Tak naprawdę chodzi mi o pomoc w rozczytaniu fragmentu odręcznej notatki sporządzonej przez pielęgniarkę. Skan interesującej mnie części jest tutaj: http://www.mor-pho.pl/images/obrazki/ribs.jpg . Czy dobrze rozumiem, że pacjentce wyjaśniono, że NHS Trust nie zapewnia prześwietleń pod kątem złamań żeber, ponieważ leczenie i tak jest identyczne, jak w pozostałych "żeberkowych" przypadkach, czyli gips i regularne ?????, jest bolesne i może trwać do 6 tygodni. Zaleca się unikania podnoszenia ciężkich przedmiotów i ????, do czasu ustania bólu. Będę wdzięczny za pomoc.
To na pewno. Raczej jest też pewne, że "hospital trust" nie zapewnia (bezpłatnych, jak się można domyślić) prześwietleń, zapewne w trakcie leczenia (bo chyba jedno na początku zrobili). Niektóre wyrazy trudno odczytać, bo są ucięte.

Problem polega na tym, że ugrzązłem w kilku miejscach. Postaram się wpisać to, co widzę i zaznaczyć braki pytajnikami. Pacjent doznał urazu żeber (kopnięcie), w pierwszym akapicie notatki jest tylko informacja o tym, kiedy miał miejsce uraz i kiedy dokładnie pacjent pojawił się na pogotowiu.
Jeśli udało się odczytać całość, to wpisanie tutaj tego tekstu byłoby dużym ułatwieniem.
