droga przepływu w analizie chromatograficznej
Explanation:
lub
2. "analityczna droga przeplywu" (tak jak mowi sie analityczna dlugosc fali itd)
3. "droga przeplywu w chromatografie do zastosowan analitycznych"

zalezy od kontekstu

WYJASNIENIE:

Jest "preparative chromatography" (stos. m.in. w celu wyodrebniania/wydzielania skaldnikow do dalszej analizy) i "analytical chromatography" (stsos. w celach rozdzialu i analizy probki). W zaleznosci od metody (analytical czy preparative) stosuje sie np. rozne szybkosci przeplywu eluenta i rozne kolumny. Tu najwyrazniej chodzi o droge przeplywu w przypadku zastosowania analitycznego chromatografu (do analizy chromatograficznej).

Preparative chromatography. The process of using liquid chromatography to isolate a sufficient amount of material for other experimental or functional purposes. For pharmaceutical or biotechnological purifications, columns several feet in diameter can be used for multiple grams of material. For isolating just a few micrograms of a valuable natural product, an analytical column can be used. Both are preparative chromatographic approaches.
Semipreparative chromatography. Refers to preparative liquid chromatography carried out on an analytical size (4-5 mm i.d.) or slightly larger (6-10 mm i.d. ) column. Normal injection size is in the milligram to low-gram range. (A somewhat subjective definition . )

Moga byc tez takie chromatografy:

The Shimadzu analytical-to-preparative system provides easy scabability from analytical flow rates to preparative flow rates, without the need to change pump heads. No time is lost swapping out pump heads and disrupting the system. Based on the LC-8A preparative pump, the wide flow rate range of 0.1 to 150 ml/min is suitable for numerous applications.
