English term or phrase:disabling stroke with disability
Chodzi o udar mózgu prowadzący do trwałego inwalidztwa? Ale dlaczego jest tu kombinacja disabling i "with disability"...?
Tekst z badania klinicznego.
ucięty kawałek zdania: "..fatal or disabling stroke with disability defined at the first scheduled follow-up visit after the event by a positive response to the question “in the past 2 weeks has the patient required regular help with everyday activities?"
I took that from that link. It was written there that the stroke was initially non fatal and developed than into "fatal and disabling with disability". I was also somewhat surprised about the "fatal" - but that was not an issue of your question.
