Explanation:
Jednak po namyśle sądzę, że środowiskowy: znalazłam np. cytat z książki Microbial Source Tracking: Methods, Applications, and Case Studies: "challenge isolates or those from environmental samples", poza tym, w badaniach zestawiane są izolaty kliniczne vs. środowiskowe, tak, jak w podanym wyżej zdaniu w oryginale (np.: badanie występowania oporności izolatów środowiskowych i klinicznych). Przepraszam za zamieszanie!
