Tu mam wyjasnienie od klienta:

The radio have a rotary to set its volume, however, to make the tone be differentiable from the voice, it shall allow radio to set the volume offset of the tone, the tone's actual volume shall be the rotary position plus the offset value.

Radio will have a menu item "Volume Offset", when user presses button on it, the radio will allow user to set the offset value.
