Nie wiem czym jest meat loaf dla Brytyjczykow. Moj maz widzial jak sie robi pasztet w Polsce i go tu jadl, i mowi na to meat loaf.

Jeszcze dwie rzeczy: (1) wlasnie ten suchy chleb lub bulka tarta(lub cos podobnego) jest bardzo wazny, bez tego to nie jest meat-loaf. Jesli pieczen rzymska tego nie zawiera to to nie jest meat loaf na pewno, choc bardzo ladnie brzmi. Meat loaf to jedzenie ludzi nie zamoznych.
(2) meat loaf sie je i na zimno i na cieplo.

  -> IMHO nawet ten przepis spokojnie łapie się na klops, dla którego istotne jest użycie surowego mięsa mielonego i kształt, a dodatki mogą być rozmaite, np. jajka na twardo :-)

mięso mielone pieczone


Explanation:
meat loaf to jest mięso mielone pieczone z różnymi dodatkami (mogą być warzywa, płatki owsiane,rożne sosy....), a wiec nie jest to klasyczny polski klops czy pieczeń rzymska.
W tej chwili nie przychodzi m do glowy odpowiedna krotka nazwa ale jeszcze pomysle

Leff, dziekuje za przepis na pieczen rzymska ( ktora znam ), ale to nie jest to.
TUTAJ NIE MA JAJKA NA TWARDO. I czesto dodaje sie sosu pomidorowego.I piecze sie to w duzym kawalku.
Smakuje tez inaczej

wiem, ze kotlet to cos mniejszego, ale moze bedzie pasowac do kontekstu (1 serving)

poza tym co dom to obyczaj - zatem z jakiego miesa wykonany i jak doprawiony (dodatkami w srodku lub sosami z wierzchu) zalezy od tego kto przy garach! ;)
