Even so, sitting for this man is going to be painful. I believe the situation is permanent and will neither improve nor deteriorate as time goes on from an orthopaedic point of view. It should be noted that the chest wall has settled down but he still has difficulty clearing the secretions from his throat. |

Proponuję frazę "acts as a tube, known as Wilson's tube" przetłumaczyć jako "działa jak pas utworzony/zbudowany z mięśni" lub frazę "known as Wilson's tube" jako "znany w (anglosaskiej) literaturze przedmiotu jako "Wilson's tube"".
