To sa komponenty panewkowe endoprotezy stawu biodrowego, ktore zamocowuje sie do kosci miednicy przy uzyciu cementu kostnego. Te "spacers" na jednym rysunku wygladaja jak kolki, na drugim inaczej - takie wypukle paski biegnace naokolo sferycznego koszyka - cup (to ten komponent panewkowy).
