English term or phrase:full-circle moments
I call them full-circle moments as Oprah has called them on her show, and think, "Oh, my God, am I actually doing this?"

full-circle moment
"alegratka"
Explanation: IMO chodzi o tzw. "uśmiech szczęścia", przełomową chwilę, ale ma to funkcjonować jako modne powiedzonko, słowo będące w powszechnym NADużyciu, stąd moja propozycja rzeczownikowej wersji powiedzenia "Ale gratka!".
1. Full Circle Moment
A stupid term that Oprah heard from somebody else and plaguerized, and now everybody uses it as a buzz word. Generally used whenever ANYTHING happens in a woman's life other than driving the kids to soccer, getting a new minivan, or staying home and watching TV.
Woman 1: Hey look there is a sale at Wal-Mart!
Woman 2: Oh my god! This is a full circle moment for me.
Woman 1: What the fuck are you talking about? Are you retarded?
Woman 2: No. Oprah says it every second day whenever something happens to her.
Woman 1: Oh my God! Then this is a full circle moment for me too!<i/>
This morning I believe I had what Oprah might classify as a "Full Circle Moment." This is something that happens when you complete a life cycle, and you find yourself where you always hoped you would be.
Explanation: prop.
Full Circle Moments happen when we revisit a situation or circumstance in our present life that occurred in our past. The event of the second experience creates a circle in which we view both perspectives — past and present — simultaneously. Viewing the “there and then” and the “here and now,” seeing their relationship and connection completes the circle and creates a richer, fuller life experience.

Reference information: “When we’re filming the show, there are all these, I call them full circle moments, as Oprah has called them, where you just have to step back and think ‘Oh my God, am I actually doing this?’” The actor explains that one of his “full circle moments” was when the *** cast and crew was filming in Times Square. “We literally closed down Times Square. It was insane!”
