English to Polish translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Printing & Publishing | | English term or phrase: book clubs and similar editions rights | Termin z umowy o wydanie przekładu książki, określa jedno z praw zależnych (subsidiary rights), które wydawca przekładu może rozporządzić, dzieląc się następnie zyskiem z wydawcą oryginału według określonych w umowie proporcji.
Termin jest tu użyty w tabelce, nie w zdaniu czy w tekście (zakładam, że może to być jeden termin - jeśli np. chodziłoby również o wydania w ramach klubów książki...). Dodam, że angielski oryginał umowy pisali Włosi, więc głowy nie dam, że angielski termin został w niej użyty poprawnie. Nie mam pomysłu, jak to zgrabnie ująć - z góry dziękuję za podpowiedzi. |
