Nie mam wysokiej pewnosci, ale tak bym probowala. To jest zwykle pierwszy punkt umowy, cos na ksztalt deklaracji, ze wlasciciel zobowiazuje sie udostepnic lokal wynajmujacemu; dopiero potem pojawiaja sie warunki na jakich to udostepnienie ma nastapic, wysokosc czynszu etc.

Dla uproszczenia w tym kontekscie "przedmiotu najmu" mozna ewentualnie zastapic lokalem lub nieruchomoscia

Mimo, że to punkt umowy, proponuję j.w. Ostatecznie mogło by zostać "Dzierżawa", "Szczegóły dzierżawy", albo jakoś podobnie. Dużo zależy od tego, co jest w całym tekście.
