Chyba jakieś przekłamanie w tekście - pewnie miało być "technical provisions". Gorzej, jeśli chodzi tu o sprawdzenie poprawności tłumaczenia z polskiego na angielski - wtedy chyba trzeba dosłownie (precyzje techniczne?).
