superszybki wył±cznik ACI Explanation: In power supply systems circuit breakers are devices used in a slightly different manner than switches at home, although they carry the same Polish name WYŁˇCZNIK. A circuit breaker is a device used for protection of the systems in emergency conditions. They not only switch off normal load current, but they are designed to break the short circuit currents of many thousands Amps. Some of them must act ultra fast in order to limit the damages caused by short circuits. ACI is pretty confusing. I can't make it out without context. It looks to me as a proper name, maybe the manufacturer's name. ' Own electrical engineering background Technical Dictionary |
