The pharmaceuticals people are more interested in the term “surrogate customer”. Surrogate customer means the people who actually make other people buy a particular product to consume. In pharmaceuticals industry, the companies motivate the doctors and in some cases pharmacists to prescribe their own brand to the patients.

To jest rzeczywiscie zagadkowe. Ale moze tak to widziec: "Customer" to firma, "user" to pracownik firmy, ktory tego uzywa. Przychodzi przedstawiciel klienta i twierdzi, ze przemawia w imieniu uzytkownikow, a tak naprawde mowi w imieniu klienta, ktory nie zna problemow, jakie maja z tym uzytkownicy-praktycy.
