through a clinically tested active substance
Especially with polyester fibres the active substance's property to swell fibres is used. The largely water-insoluble active substance is introduced into the fibre by means of special formulation additives. This mechanism works preferably on synthetic fibres, such as polyester, polyamide or polyacrylonitrile. After each wash cycle the active substance migrates slowly onto the fabric's surface whilst drying and, there, develops its permanent bacteriocidal/ fungicidal effects. |
