Wnioski/konkluzje na temat Dyrektywy Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady w sprawie utworzenia jednolitego europejskiego obszaru kolejowego - słowo "accounts" pojawia się w paru miejscach i nie bardzo mam pomysł, jak to w tym kontekście najlepiej przetłumaczyć.
