Seguindo minha lógica de leiga, parece-me que seria algo como "Princípio(s) de Gerenciamento de Conta(s) Arquivado(s)", ou "Princípio(s) de Gerenciamento Contábil Arquivado(s)".
Penso que "archived" se refere a "(account) management principle"; seriam princípios de gerenciamento que foram arquivados, registrados anteriormente.
Talvez cada conta/empresa tenha um registro desses diferenciado, quem sabe um contrato próprio, cada qual com seus princípios de gerenciamento e, portanto, registros/arquivos diferenciados.
