Part of larger space leased in a prior quarter, in another record
Audit comment: Part of larger space leased in another record in a prior quarter.
Example: Seq. #64773209 of 1,285sf in stats was entered this quarter and ledgered to Q1/05. Important: If you ledger an availability into the past, you must make the possession date fit the quarter you are ledgering to. In this case, I made the possession date 1/1/2005. The system will only allow you ledger back as far as the possession date!
