Em se tratando de informática e processamento de dados, eu prefiro o termo "transportar".
"Três soluções de toque único para compartilhar e transportar seus vídeos". Que achas?
Outra opção é "transmitir" para carry. Fica a seu critério.

Tem o "carregar" também, mas acho que ele pode ser um tanto ambíguo pela confusão entre "to carry" e "to load", que, nesse caso, usariam a mesma palavra. Ou seja, "carregar" pode dar a idéia exclusiva de fazer um upload do arquivo nalgum lugar. Mas é uma opção também. Se ficar legal no teu contexto...
