rasante / sobrevôo
Explanation:
I "googled" up this term and found the following definitions:

flyover: a flight at a low altitude (usually of military aircraft) over spectators on the ground
wordnet.princeton.edu/perl/webwn

A fly-by is the term used to describe the event where a collection of planes, usually military or ex-military, parade over an event on the ground as a display of respect, a public relations gesture, or (usually) both.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fly-by

So I suspect this would be the equivalent of our "rasante" in good 'ole Tupiniquim Portuguese. ;)

Alternativamente (Michaelis),

so.bre.vô.o

sm (der regressiva de sobrevoar) Ação de sobrevoar; vôo por cima.

Cheerio!
