Não conheço este sub-múltiplo na unidade de tempo. Microsegundos (1000 milisegundos) e nanosegundos (1.000.000 milisegundos) cuja terminologia em inglês é milleseconds e nanoseconds, havendo ainda picoseconds

Duvido que se use a terminologia bilião de segundos, porque há tantas unidades de grau superior que seria muito mais fácil de usar...
