1) Heat up the angular contact bearings [477] and push it on the eixo [415] as shown in the section drawing.
2) Install springs [464] into the foreseen slots of the capa do mancal radial [478]. Mount radial bearing cover [478] including O-ring [493] by using hex screws [031].
3) Insert eixo [415] with already mounted bearings into prepared bearing housing [470]. Install springs [464] into the foreseen slots of the thrust bearing cover [479]. Mount thrust bearing cover [479] including O-ring [493] by using hex screws [031].
4) Put in the labyrinth type seal [4601] into the radial bearing cover [476] and labyrinth type seal [4602] into thrust bearing cover [479].
Take care that the oil return slots of the bearing covers are at the bottom and one slot of the labyrinth rings meets the oil return slot.
5) Check if the rotor can be turned by hand.
