contexto: "Then we destarch the plant by keeping it in darkness for 2 to 3 days. Now the plant is kept in bright light, for few hours. We pluck one leaf from the plant and dip it in boiling water for 30 seconds. This is done to kill the cells."

obrigado, sim é correto o verbo, mas depois havia também o subs. o substantivo nao achei, "desamidaçao" creio que nao existe, ha somente 2 referencias na internet...de qualquer modo no texto eu expliquei do que se tratava
