Julgo que eles se referem a gráficos muito sofisticados em termos técnicos.

Lembro-me que scattergraphics, por exemplo, são gráficos de dispersão mas nunca vi esta.

But. This is an outdated word, with a very late-60s, early-70s feel. Also the sentence in which it appears is not quite idiomatic. Rir's definition is essentially correct; perhaps you might want to invent something more modern based on it. For more information on supergraphics, and some examples, there's a book called Supermannerism. I'm afraid I sold my copy and I don't remember who the author is.
