Explanation: Uma pesquisa Google pelo termo leva para esta página:
http://www.unisa.ac.za/default.asp?Cmd=ViewContent&ContentID...
que não esclarece nada.
Mas, esta página da wikipedia:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Business_informatics
ao final, diz:
"A number of undergraduate programs and graduate programs lead directly to the degree of a bachelor or master in Business Informatics. Examples are:"
Aí vem uma lista e entre elas está:
# Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Business Informatics at the University of South Africa (UNISA)
# Bachelor of Commerce with Specialisation in Informatics at the University of South Africa (UNISA)
Portanto, minha conclusão é de que o termo significa a segunda opção acima.
"Bachelor of Commerce with Specialisation in Informatics"
Como falar isso em PT-PT aí é um problema pois sou PT-BR mas este link Kidoz dá algum esclarecimento:

portanto, aproveito a dica do Kudoz acima.

Thank you for your comments. I can't actually complain about anything here, it is against the rules, you are the one that knows what is better for you, what is wrong, what is right, but I can't help but feel amazed when an asker chooses an answer that is a carbon copy of a previous one and the previous one required a lot of research to be achieved while the answer chosen required none, it was just based on my long research, certainly. Anyway, this happened before, will happen again and I just need to get used to it, but indeed I usually get upset enough to avoid helping the askers that do this kind of "choices".

Asker: I appreciate your kindness and research, but the fact is that in Portugal "Bacharel" and "Licenciatura" are different University Degrees... In fact, it's something that has been kind of a "polemics" recently on Universities because of something called "Bologna Process". http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bologna_process And although I really appreciate everybody's help, just because a person makes a long research, it doesn't mean that the asker has to select and/or use it...
