This view displays Data of Idoc, message and which sales order and line is on block that is preventing deliver creation and subsequent goods issue. 
The first step is to just resubmit the Idoc. 
The program will take care of unblocking the order line, create the delivery and post GI.

Vc deve ter em seu glosssário o que significa GI/GR. Sou especialista em ERP (SAP) e eles sempre enviam um TermBase para os tradutores. POST = LANÇAR (neste caso)
