If all the ports in the aggregation fail, FSN (Fail-Safe Network) fails over to the corresponding link aggregation on the peer processor storage so that network traffic continues.
If the switch for the active connection fails, the FSN fails over to a connection using a different switch, thus extending link failover out into the network.
