Olhando o contexto, acredito que "DC" seja "direct cost" (custo direto). "IC" deve ser "indirect cost" (custo indireto). 14,65% é o que falta aos 85,35% para alcançar os 100%.

Assim, DCM = direct cost markup, ou seja, margem de lucro sobre o custo direto.
