agree  Henrique Barcelos: Se me fosse permitido.. utilizaria a palavra TUTOR, eliminando pura e simplesmente o (redundante ?) "Head of House". Se tivesse de o incluir, como a Mariana, preferiria "Director"

Explanation:
I think the idea is that the Head of House is the one who is responsible for the domitory where the student lives, that is, his campus residence. I think in Portugal I've heard "republicas", which I've associated with the term. I could be off base there. In any case, the head of house is part of the staff that is there to help. Can someone take it from there?
