Suponho que o inquérito terá a ver com o nível de estudos que no sistema inglês se divide fundamentalmente nestes mesmos níveis médios, os 'O levels' e os 'A levels' (independentemente do nível universitário)nos quais se podem fazer várias disciplinas conforme as 'áreas' escolhidas.

agree  Walkiria De Sousa: Concordo, Antônio. Só sugiro Básico em vez de Ordinário. Segundo o Webster Houaiss, O-level é mesmo grau escolar básico. No Brasil, ordinário tem um tom meio pejorativo.

agree  Walkiria De Sousa: Acho que depende. Se for uma avaliação de um professor sobre um aluno, por exemplo, poderia ter esse critério. Mas se estiverem perguntando o nível escolar da própria pessoa, acho que a melhor resposta seria Nível Básico / Nível Adiantado. Falta contexto.
