"alunos licenciados", sorry. Which means they can be enrolled in a post-graduate programm.

"Intercalar" is correct and it also exists in Brasilian Portuguese, but maybe there is a better word out there. I just can't think of any one right now. Let's see what other colleagues have to say about your query.

It's like Ines said, a graduation is a first degree, so if a "curso de graduação" is the first degree one can take in Brasil, than it's a "curso de graduação", don't worry about it being "licenciatura" in Portugal.

Asker: Hi, This is for the Brazilian market. I don't think "licenciatura" is appropriate. "Graduate students" are "estudantes de pos-graduacao". Would "intercalado" instead of "intercalar" make sense to you? Thanks

Asker: Hi Ines, No Brasil, normalmente dizemos "cursos de graduacao e pos-graduacao" para os cursos universitarios.

agree xxxInes Cas: Está correcto sim! Devia ter indicado que era de EN US para PT BR. Graduate in the UK is a person who has a first degree from a university.

  -> Obrigada, Ines :) Agora já nem vão abrir mais cursos de bacharelato/bacharelado na UE. Ainda há under-graduate degrees em alguns países, mas a tendência é para o título mínimo de um curso superior ser o de licenciado. É o progresso! ;)
