English to Portuguese translations [PRO]
Education / Pedagogy
English term or phrase: brain break
I need to translate the following into português: "Short, linked activities, with frequent 'brain breaks' and access to regular praise and rewards, building up to a concrete reward. A 'fidget toy' may be beneficial."

I can't find a proper translation for the term 'brain break'... I found the following definition in English on the internet: "A brain break is a simple mental and physical exercise, taking no more than a minute or two to complete, that helps re-energize and reengage your students in the classroom."

Any suggestions on how to translate 'brain break' into PT? Thanks...

neutral  rir: parece que no contexto da asker é mais do que isso....é mais uma pausa/relax da concentração substituida por exercícios físicos e mentais mais leves e fáceis...daí de 'dar um tempo ao cérebro'...brain break!
