Explanation:
Em Portugal, o título académico para "junior" seria o aluno do 3º ano, conhecido por "puto". Mas como nunca tive tempo para conhecer essa vida académica, porque era trabalhadora estudante, posso estar errada na acepção e, agora até já há a adaptação destes títulos à Declaração de Bolonha :-)
No entanto, da forma como está a frase, isso parece-me ser mais "estágio ou autorização para leccionar", pois um "junior", como aluno do 3º ano também poderá ser um "estagiário" com autorização para leccionar.
É a minha sugestão.
