"The XXX provides online reports in categories of Outage Statistics, Notification Reports, and General Reports. Outage Statistics generates reports covering the reliability indices and summary information on outage causes and equipment. Notification Reports provide ***rolling status*** of outages as well as large outage reports for municipalities and media/government offices. General Reports provides information on unresolved outages, trouble reports, customer history, and restoration confirmations.
Information, including calculated data is based on the historical data retained in the Network Manager database. Users can select the time frame of the report and the area covered by the report based on the circuit, feeder, substation, district or system wide. The general format for reports is illustrated in Figure YY".
