Estou na dúvida se é um produto para colagem ou se é um agente para "repelir" óleo e gordura e água em papel e produtos têxteis ou se é ambas as coisas. Daí a dificuldade para a sua tradução.
A frase em que me aparece é a seguinte: A water-dispersible oil/grease and water sizing agent that provides oil/grease and water sizing for paper and other cellulosic materials.
